A laser (10,600nm wavelength) that is absorbed by water in the skin to vaporize and excise tissue. It removes lesions regardless of color and is also used for skin regeneration in fractional mode.
Indications
Removal of moleswartsskin tagsand seborrheic keratosis; adjunct for sebaceous cyst and lipoma removal; scar resurfacing; deep wrinkles.
Contraindications
- Pregnancy
- keloid tendency
- use of isotretinoin within the last 6 months
- active herpes
- extremely sensitive skin.
