Q. Is there a fee?
No โ the platform is completely free during the current demonstration phase. We'll give at least 3 months' notice before any pricing change.
Q. Does my clinic need to be registered with HIRA?
Yes. K-DermZip is built on HIRA public data, so your clinic must be registered as a dermatology clinic in the HIRA database.
Q. How does AI search exposure work?
K-DermZip provides optimization infrastructure to support AI visibility. We are not a guaranteed-exposure platform; rather, we provide the infrastructure that makes it possible for your clinic to appear in AI search without large-scale technical work or expensive consulting.
Q. What if my information differs from HIRA data?
Your partner-supplied information takes priority and is displayed first. HIRA data serves as the baseline; your content is layered on top.
