Amended June 29, 2026: Article 4 (Partner Services) — clarified the scope of partner responsibility for registered/published events and content, and for AI-assisted extraction features.
1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of K-DermZip, a dermatology clinic information service for South Korea.
2. Service Description
K-DermZip provides dermatology clinic information based on HIRA (Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service) public data. Information includes clinic names, addresses, specialist counts, and operating hours, available in Korean, English, Japanese, and Russian.
3. Disclaimer
Information provided is based on HIRA public data and may differ from actual clinic operations. K-DermZip does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information and is not liable for decisions made based on this data.
4. Partner Services
Partner clinics may register, manage, and publish detailed information, events, promotions, and photos under separate agreements, on their own authority and responsibility. The partner is solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content they register and publish (including events, promotions, and images), and for compliance with the Medical Service Act and medical advertising regulations (including prior-review requirements and prohibited expressions). AI-assisted features provided by K-DermZip, such as automatic text extraction from images, are convenience tools only and do not constitute review, approval, or endorsement of the content by K-DermZip. K-DermZip bears no legal liability for content published by partners.
5. Intellectual Property
Copyright for the service design, code, and translated content belongs to K-DermZip. Original data (HIRA public data) is subject to the Korean Open Data Standard License.
6. User Obligations
Users must not use the service for unlawful purposes or interfere with normal operations. Automated data collection (crawling) must comply with our robots.txt policy.
7. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated as needed for service operations. Changes will be announced through the service and take effect upon posting.
