1. Information We Collect

K-DermZip collects personal information in the following cases: (1) Partner registration: contact name, email, phone number, clinic name, and clinic address. (2) Event applications: applicant name, phone number, and inquiry details (optional). We do not collect personal information from general (non-logged-in) users except for event applications.

2. Purpose of Collection

Collected information is used solely for: (1) Partner clinic registration, management, inquiry response, and account creation. (2) Processing event applications and forwarding applicant information to the respective clinic manager.

3. Retention Period

Partner application data is retained for 1 year after processing, then promptly deleted. During an active partnership, data is retained until contract termination. Event application data is retained for 6 months after the event ends, then deleted.

4. Third-Party Sharing

K-DermZip does not share personal information with third parties. However, event application information (name, phone, inquiry) is forwarded to the respective clinic manager. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.

5. Cookies and Analytics

The service uses session cookies for Google OAuth login. No tracking cookies or advertising cookies are used for non-logged-in users.

6. Data Security

All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS (TLS). Database access is restricted to authenticated servers, and admin access is controlled through role-based authentication (RBAC).

7. Your Rights

Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information. Requests can be sent to itsintrix@gmail.com and will be processed within 3 business days.

8. Public Data Notice

Clinic information displayed on the service (clinic names, addresses, phone numbers, specialist counts, etc.) is public data published by HIRA (Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service) and does not constitute personal information.
